Dr. Akhil Ramani is a proud Palm Beach Gardens native who returned home to serve the very community that shaped him. In fact, he went to high school right down the road at William T. Dwyer. After completing both his undergraduate and dental degree at the University of Pennsylvania, one of the nation’s premier Ivy League institutions, Dr. Ramani received advanced training through a General Practice Residency at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. 

With a focus on evidence-based care and cutting-edge technology, Dr. Ramani is passionate about delivering dentistry that blends precision with compassion. From dental implants and advanced restorative procedures to digital workflows with Cone Beam CTs and intraoral 3D scanning, his philosophy is centered on improving both health and confidence through personalized treatment.

Beyond clinical excellence, Dr. Ramani believes in the importance of relationships. His vision for Ramani Dentistry is to provide patients with the same level of care and respect he would want for his own family – grounded in trust, transparency, and community roots.

When not in the office, you’ll often find Dr. Ramani golfing, spending time with his fiancée Ana (who is also a dentist), or cheering on his New England Patriots.
