Office Manager: Bianca
Bianca is the Practice Manager at Ramani Dentistry and has been working in the dental field for over 10 years. With experience in all aspects of the dental office, she brings a well-rounded understanding of patient care and practice operations. Bianca joined Ramani Dentistry when the practice first opened and has enjoyed helping grow the office alongside the team while creating a welcoming experience for every patient.
Bianca lives in Palm Beach Gardens with her fiancé Nicholas and their mini dachshund, Waffles. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family, serving at her church, and trying new restaurants.
Hygienist: Miranda
Miranda is our dedicated and experienced Dental Hygienist with over 23 years of providing exceptional patient care. She is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles, and she continually expands her knowledge through ongoing education and professional development.
Outside the office, Miranda enjoys spending quality time with her family and prioritizing self-care and wellness.
Lead Dental Assistant: Sam
Sam has been working as a dental assistant for over 25 years and joined our team at Ramani Dentistry in 2025. Throughout her career in dentistry, she has gained experience in all specialties, though she says oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry are her favorites! She is trained in the newest dental technology including 3D printing, intraoral scanning, and milling. Fun fact—Sam is also a certified dental lab technician!
Sam is a Florida native who was raised by her two military parents, which she appreciates for instilling the care, structure, and discipline she applies in her daily life. She is married to her loving husband and is the proud mother of three children. They live together in Port St. Lucie.
Dental Assistant: Parker
Parker is the newest addition to our team here at Ramani Dentistry! She is a 2026 graduate of The Dental Assisting Academy. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and
cared for, and she’s excited to be part of a team where she can continue developing her skills and making a positive impact every day.
